According to Stephen and other scientists, Showers can cause hair loss by drying out and irritating the skin. “It’s clear that keeping the water warm is crucial. Avoiding extreme temperatures will ensure that your scalp stays moist.

“Rinse your conditioner out with cold water if you want to keep the benefits of your hair washing regimen. This approach will allow you to clean your Hair utterly free from the conditioner while still retaining all of the beneficial components you just put in.

Apply a Hair Mask.

Conditioning is an essential aspect of any hair care program, especially if you want to keep your hair long. Because the shampoo removes the cuticle from the hair shaft during washing, you’ll need a conditioner to seal it and lock nutrients as a preventative measure against breaking and split ends.

Both experts agree that silk and satin are the most delicate nightwear fabrics for Hair. For some, this may imply sleeping with a silk pillowcase, while others would combine both (that’s what I do) — either way, don’t let your hairbrush against the pillow without it.

“I recommend wearing a satin scarf or bonnet and sleeping on a satin pillowcase every night to prevent your hair from becoming dry,” advises Stephen. “Sleeping on a cotton pillowcase removes the moisture from your hair.”
